  1. No callout fee
  2. Repairs are free under our annual service / maintenance breakdown  warranty. Once this period expires, normal rates apply.
  3. Risk assessment and method statement for each job written by us, through hsdirect.co.uk who provide our Health and Safety advice and are our consultants for any Health and Safety issues.
  4. All basic parts are carried in stock; other parts usually available on the same day or the one following.
